About the Attorney
Aarti Gujral is an estate planning, immigration, and family law attorney. She specializes in trusts, wills, durable power of attorneys, and Advance Directives. At Willamette Law School she received accolades for her work in Willamette’s Clinical Law Program and the high paper award in Federal Estate and Gift Tax. After graduating law school, Ms. Gujral worked as an associate attorney in one of the most distinguished tax and ERISA law firms in the West Coast.
Ms. Gujral has 11 years of experience as an attorney. Accordingly, she assists with green cards, removal of conditions, naturalization, and asylum cases. She also prepares trusts with estate tax avoidance language as well as Wills, and other essential estate planning documents.
Before joining law school she volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), a non-profit organization that supports foster children. The program allows volunteers to speak on the children’s behalf in court. Her endless devotion to this cause is a true testament of her compassion for families and justice. Ms. Gujral is appointed a child’s attorney by judicial officers to represent the best interests of children in custody and visitation matters. Ms. Gujral understands how to best represent children and their parents.
Aarti is recognized as a Rising Star and selected as a Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters. This is a recognition only given to 2.5% of attorneys in Oregon. She started her own practice to provide a type of service she felt was lacking in the legal community. She is conscientious, efficient, and dedicated to her clients. In addition, Ms. Gujral explains complicated legal matters in a way that clients can understand. Furthermore, she takes special care to ensure that each client is well-represented.
